WHEN famed American rapper 50 Cent said "Get Rich or Die Trying", he had people like Harare pole dancer Nolleen Sifelani aka Zoey in mind. The self-proclaimed queen of pole dancing is reportedly making brisk business out of teaching women sex moves.

While men fork out their hard earned cash to go to the gym for bodybuilding, some women are reportedly parting with $20 per session to learn some of the tricks to improve their bedroom life at home.

While these pole dancers have been heavily criticised for their sexually suggestive dances, some women are not jealousy but have been bold enough to approach the founder of pole dancing in the country to share with them a leaf or two in order to "keep their men closer".

Speaking to Saturday Leisure, Zoey said she had received a number of married women who had asked her to teach them some of her pole dancing tactics.

"I have been approached by many married women in Harare who not only envy my pole dancing skills but have taken it upon themselves to learn and do them for their husbands at home.

"As of now I have five students who have paid for a month's training at my house and I am glad to teach them," said Zoey.

She said she charges $20 per session and each session is about an hour long every day.

"The majority of women I have in my class are aged between 20 and 35. They are all married and their husbands have allowed them to come and learn so that they can do it at home," said the soft-spoken dancer.

She said she uses a chair and a pole for the training sessions.

"The pole is for fitness while the chair is for dance moves.

"Pole dancing is all about fitness of the body," she said.

The self-taught Zoey claims she is the queen of pole dancing which she learnt during her stay in South Africa and decided to import it into the country where it has been met with mixed reactions by Zimbabweans.

"I saw it in 2007 when I was based in South Africa, then I decided to try it at home, that is when I tried it and look where I am today, earning a decent living for myself," she said.

The controversial dancer whose dances are said to be toned down a bit than Bev's, said she was working on opening a dance school in Avondale.

"Next month I will be opening my dance school in Avondale where I would be recruiting more trainees," she said.

She said she has been actively involved in spreading awareness on having protected sex with Population Services International.

"Since late last year I have been working with PSI on spreading the word on how to use condoms effectively and giving advice on why people must use them," said the adult entertainer.
