Water Resources and Development minister Samuel Sipepa-Nkomo has been hospitalised at the Avenues Clinic from yet an unknown ailment.
Nkomo was admitted at the upmarket hospital on Monday, which was his 69th birthday.
Nkomo's wife Roslyn was at the Avenues Clinic yesterday monitoring her husband's health.
"He is now feeling much better, but I cannot disclose his illness because it should be the patient who should do that," she told the Daily News.
Roslyn said the minister was heavily sedated from the effects of heavy medication.
Just a few weeks ago, Nkomo, an MDC-T non-constituency MP, buried his brother, Vice President John Landa Nkomo, who succumbed to cancer, at the National Heroes Acre.
However, his wife said there is no reason for worry since the minister is on a firm path to recovery.
