President Mugabe's negotiators to the Global Political Agreement have snubbed South African President Zuma's facilitation team.
At the last meeting in Harare, all three parties agreed on a follow- up meeting in South Africa, but on Sunday Zanu-PF was nowhere to be found near the "Elections Roadmap" talks.
The meeting was supposed to tackle the contentious security sector and media reforms among others.
Justice minister Patrick Chinamasa who is one of the negotiators said the invitation for the meeting came late.
