MDC-T postpones primaries indefinitely

The Movement for Democratic Change led by PM Morgan Tsvangirai has postponed primary elections indefinitely saying they want to concentrate on the national referendum where they are campaigning for the YES vote.

MDC-T national organising secretary Nelson Chamisa said his party had decided to postpone the primaries since they wanted to make sure that the draft constitution is approved by the majority of voting Zimbabweans.
