Woman flees friend's place without her panties

A Harare teenager reportedly fled her friend's home without her panties as her male friend attempted to have sex with her.
The accused, Tafadzwa Mugarapanyanga, aged 29, however said their romance was consensual all the way and she only developed cold feet after she had removed her panties, a court alleges.
The 18-year-old woman claims that Tafadzwa invited her to his place and the two got cosy but she had her 'limits'. When one step led to another, the young woman was not ready for sex and she fled and left her panties, it is alleged. After escaping from Tafadzwa, she filed a police report leading to his arrest and subsequent appearance in court.
Tafadzwa was not asked to enter a plea when he appeared before Mbare magistrate Rueben Mukavhi charged with indecent assault. he was remanded out of custody to 27 March for his trial.
Indications are that Tafadzwa is denying the charge citing that she undressed herself on the day in question and they were hugging, touching, kissing and caressing.
State counsel Revai Mudozori alleges that on 10 March, Tafadzwa phoned his friend requesting her to visit him as she wanted her to help him in shooting a video. He had calculated his move that upon her arrival, he would take advantage and quench his sexual desire.
It is alleged that she complied and paid him a visit since they were friends. Further allegations are that on the day in question, the teenager advised Tafadzwa that she wanted to leave but her suggestion was turned down.
Tafadzwa allegedly stood from the bed where they were seated and blocked her from going. The woman reportedly started crying but Tafadzwa allegedly started touching her breasts, buttocks as well as her privates. He is said to have pushed the woman on to the bed before kissing her.
Tafadzwa allegedly ordered the teenager to remove her panties, and she complied but fortunately she managed to escape from Tafadzwa who was already geared for a steamy romp.
The girl reportedly jumped off the bed and ran away leaving her underwear and jacket. It is alleged that she ran for dear life and filed a police report.
