Police raid Dr Tsvangirai's communications office

A total of 15 police officers in plain clothes have raided and are currently searching Dr Morgan Tsvangirai's communications office in Avondale, Harare. It is believed the communications offices are housed at Tsvangirai's private house in Avondale, Harare.

Early this morning, the police arrested three officials from the PM's office, Thabani Mpofu, Anna Muzvidziwa and Felix Matsinde.

Beatrice Mtetwa, MDC lawyer, was also arrested when she visited Harare Central Police Station to ascertain reasons for the raid.

Reasons for the arrests and the whereabouts of three are unknown.
