OK Zimbabwe sued over contaminated pie

A Harare woman Silindeni Gangarabwe is demanding $10 000 from OK Zimbabwe, claiming the $1 pie she bought in October 2011 from the shop was contaminated.
Gangarabwe filed a High Court application against OK seeking damages she suffered as a result of the firm's negligence.
She claims after taking the pie she developed acute gastroenteritis.
She is demanding $10 000 for pain and suffering while she is demanding $22 170 for hospital expenses.
