A widowed woman is emotionally disturbed by her 26-year-old son who has developed a habit of exposing his manhood in front of her.
Anna Chipinge told the court that she is living in fear of being raped by her son, Charles, who strips naked and exposes his 'lolly pop' to her.
Anna narrated her ordeal at the Harare civil court where she was seeking a protection order against her son.
"I think it's best if my son moves out of my house and stay somewhere else because I am afraid of being raped by him. He comes home drunk around midnight and when he comes he strips his clothes and shows me his private parts. He has done this more than FOUR times and recently he entered my bedroom and started urinaing on my bed while standing," said Anna.
She added: "I am a widow, my husband died last year in August so I have no one to protect me from what he is doing to me. Whenever I try to stop him from that, he starts insulting me."
Responding to the claims, Charles told the court that he had no intentions of raping his mother because he is a married man.
"I have a wife so I don't know why she is afraid that I might rape her. I am facing challenges with my mother because she does not consult me on certain issues that she is supposed to," he said.
Magistrate Vongai Muchuchuti, who presided over the case, deferred ruling to today.
