'Policy conference a huge farce,' says CFU

Former spokesperson of the pro-MDC-T Zimbabwe National Association of Student Unions (Zinasu) Mr Blessing Vava yesterday dismissed the conference as a "talk shop".
He said the party had nothing to show despite seeking to run the country.
"The party has been in existence for the past 13 years. It has never done anything tangible.
"The past four years it has been in Government have been a disaster," he said.
Commercial Farmers' Union president Mr Charles Taffs weighed in, saying the event was a huge farce.
"I have seen part of the (MDC-T policy) document. There is really nothing much in terms of improving our agriculture," he was quoted by the Sunday Mail.
"As a union, we will only support policies which will continue to improve our agricultural sector."
