Blind sexagenarian dies of alcohol

A blind Rusape sexagenarian reportedly collapsed and died on Sunday after guzzling a concoction of different beer brands during a memorial service at Chirengwa village under Chief Chiduku's area.
Police in Manicaland confirmed the incident and identified the deceased as Onward Moyochena Muzondo (65).
Assistant provincial police spokesperson Assistant Inspector Luxon Chananda said. Muzondo had been invited to his neighbour's home for a memorial service on Saturday afternoon when he started vomiting after taking one too many.
According to police, Muzondo was taken home by some villagers and his 15-year-old daughter as his condition had deteriorated.
He died the following morning.
