MDC leader and Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai is said to be in South Africa to lobby regional leaders in a mission to thwart President Robert Mugabe's bid to stampede the country to an election without key reforms.
SA's International Relations Advisor Lindiwe Zulu confirmed Tsvangirai was in South Africa.
A report in the Daily News quoting Tsvangirai says if elections are held before July 31, the outcome will not be free and fair.
