We did not say Zim elections were fair says SADC - Video

The head of the SADC observer team, Bernard Membe said Friday Zimbabwe's harmonised elections were peaceful but it was difficult to say they were fair.

"We did not say it was fair, it's simply because in the report that will come the question of fairness is broad and you cannot answer it in one day.
