If there is justice, MDC-T will win in all its election court challenges to be submitted by Friday, says MDC-T spokesperson, Douglas Mwonzora.

MDC-T spokesperson, Douglas Mwonzora, told The Zimbabwean in Harare today that: "MDC-T has 120 percent chances of winning its court challenges, if justice prevails."

He said his party had reached advanced stages in the court challenge preparations and will file them at both the Constitutional and Electoral Courts by Friday.

The number of disputed results was reportedly on the increase. Filing of the challenges would put on freeze the inauguration of the challenged winning state president, members of parliament and local authority councillors.

The courts would be expected to give their rulings within 14 days of submission of the challenges.

Among the irregularities sited by MDC-T is non-transparency in printing of ballot papers, manipulation of the voters roll, double voting, busing in of voters, voter intimidation, suspicious assisted voting, printing of excessive contingency ballot papers and turning away of huge numbers of voters among other anomalies.

The late availability of the voters roll to political parties and other interested parties was among the reasons why MDC-T rejected the election outcome and consider the legal, diplomatic and political route.
