A Norton woman is suing her ex-husband for $450 000 for unilaterally selling shares they held jointly for 10 mining claims without her knowledge. Blessing Hungwe said her ex-husband, Todd Muguza, sold the shares and converted the money to his own use prejudicing her of her shares.

Hungwe and Muguza along with Tsitsi Chirombe and Kumbi Dziva formed Ruvambo Mining Syndicate with 10 mining claims.
The couple had 35 percent shares each while Chirombe and Dziva had 15 percent apiece. In 2008, Hungwe took the matter to court to seek an order to redeem her shares after divorcing Muguza.

The magistrate ruled that all property be split evenly. In 2009, Muguza allegedly sold all their shares for the 10 claims for US$90 000 without the knowledge of his ex-wife.
