A HARARE woman deserted her husband for 14 months and stayed at an apostolic sect shrine to receive spiritual healing after accusing him of being impotent.
The woman, Roslyne Chipandi, left the matrimonial home after accusing her husband of refusing to seek treatment. This emerged in a case in which Chipandi's husband Joseph Mvula was seeking a peace order against her at the Civil Courts last week.
Mvula accused Chipandi of constantly nagging him for being incapable of fulfilling his conjugal responsibilities.
"My wife harasses me everyday about my failure to satisfy her in the bedroom and the issue has since been known at my workplace," he said.
His case was dismissed.
