All set for Mugabe's inauguration

All is set at the National Sports Stadium for the inauguration of the president, Cde Robert Mugabe on Thursday.

Various groups held last minute rehearsals this Wednesday afternoon at the venue to ensure the event is a success.

Uniformed forces and the committee in charge of organising the event held their final rehearsals while some were putting up final touches in preparation for the grand occasion.

Briefing journalists at the National Sports Stadium, the Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr Misheck Sibanda said all is set for the event with all infrastructure and logistics in place.
