Mugabe's Heroes Acre schedule for August

President Mugabe will spend the better part of the last week of August at the National Heroes Acres after death robbed his Zanu-PF of three senior members within a week.

The three have since been declared national heroes.

Mugabe said Zanu-PF has been stunned, saying the deaths have dampened Zanu-PF jubilant mood following the election victory.

Karakadzai, Zanu-PF founder Enos Nkala and former cabinet Minister Kumbirai Kangai died in a space of a week.

"During our politburo meeting discussion the heroes status of Karakadzai and Nkala, we had Kangai and he even made a proposal," said Mugabe.
