The Minister of Mines and Mining Development, Dr Obert Mpofu says the illegal sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe by Britain and its allies will not deter the country from moving forward on the economic front.
Dr Mpofu who was addressing members of Harvest House International Church (HHIC) during their annual conference in Bulawayo said Zimbabwe is forging ahead and will never collapse even in the face of detractors.
He added that the Zanu PF manifesto seeks to empower the country's citizens citing that those interested in venturing into business like mining should organise themselves and come up with solid business plans.
Dr Mpofu also said the government will not hesitate to assist and give guidance to those wishing to venture into business.
In her remarks, the leader of HHIC, Apostle Sella Nyathi said as a church they believe they have a key role to play in rebuilding the country's economy.
