Zanu-PF has said MDC-T MPs who boycotted President Mugabe's State official opening of Parliament on Tuesday, were not entitled to perks that come with the job.
Psychology Maziwisa, a junior Zanu-PF spokesperson, said MDC-T lawmakers who boycotted the election of Parliamentary speaker and Mugabe's official opening of the 8th Parliament should now boycott the vehicles.
Maziwisa wrote the comment on his facebook profile: "MDC-T MPs boycotted Parliament yesterday. They should boycott the issuance of MP vehicles as well."
MDC-T legislators boycotted the official opening of the 8th Parliament Tuesday in what the party says is a protest against President Robert Mugabe's illegitimacy.
The party had indicated that they would stay away from the official opening ceremony presided over by Mugabe, whom they accuse of stealing the July 31st poll outcome.
However the boycott does not extend to other parliamentary activities to enable its members to carry out their mandate as elected MPs for their constituencies.
