Dudu Manhenga's culpable homicide trial kicks off Thursday

The trial of jazz musician, Dudu Manhenga who is facing a charge of culpable homicide will kick off at Rotten Row magistrate's court on Thursday the 10th of October.
Manhenga appeared before the Rotten Row magistrate's court this Monday morning when her matter was deferred to the 10th of October.
Manhenga faces allegations of culpable homicide and driving without a licence.
The charges stem from a traffic accident that occurred on the 15th of March 2010, which resulted in the death of Graham Martin Millward in Harare's Mabelreign suburb.
According to the facts at hand, Manhenga was negligently driving a Toyota Spacio [registration number ABF 5454] along Sherwood Drive when she hit the now deceased Millward who was riding a motor cycle [Number ZM 01] when she turned right into a residential stand number 14A.
Millward was seriously injured and ferried to West End hospital where he died upon admission.
Manhenga had a provisional driver's licence number 036261 issued on the 17th of August 2009, and she was charged for negligently killing the deceased and unlawfully driving without a licence.
