Magistrate wrecks Zimbabwe diplomat's marriage

A Norton magistrate has been accused of wrecking the marriage of a Zimbabwean diplomat based in Iran.
Judith Taruvinga met Forward Mhlanga on Facebook in March and a full blown affair developed. Forward's wife, Eveline, was sent back home to allow the two lovebirds time to have fun.
"Forward sent me back to Zimbabwe so that he could have quality time with his girlfriend. Walls have ears, I got wind of what was happening and I went back to Iran where I found the two in our matrimonial home," said Eveline.
Eveline said it had to take the senior staff at the embassy to ensure that peace prevailed and Judith found her way to Zimbabwe the next day.
"Imagine, I found Judith cooking in my own house and they were using my bedroom with my husband as their sex haven," fumed Eveline.
Eveline said ever since she caught the two in her matrimonial home, their romance had continued to an extent that they would send her pictures of themselves undressed and many other pictures of themselves having quality time.
"They always send me pictures when they are having quality time. I don't know what that is supposed to mean but it is in bad taste," said a dejected Eveline.
She said she had to call some staffers at the embassy to save herself from Forwards wrath.
"It had to take senior staffers to intervene otherwise I could have been injured by the marauding Forward," said Eveline.
It is understood that Judith was suspended from her workplace over the marriage wrecking saga.
Yesterday, Judith professed ignorance on the saga. "I don't know what you are talking about," she said.
Forward yesterday claimed he was in Iran.
The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Joey Bimha, said he had not received a report about the shenanigans involving Forward in Iran.
"I haven't received that report. I believe if something happened it is still to reach my ears.
"I am waiting for the report if there is anything to that effect," he said.
Chief magistrate Mishrod Guvamombe refused to comment.
"Judith is now being charged for three counts of misconduct, unbecoming behaviour likely to drag the name of the judiciary service into disrepute."
"Judith has since been suspended from work as she awaits a disciplinary hearing. She (Judith) is now being sued for adultery at the high court while Forward is now processing divorce papers to leave Eveline," added the source.
