HARARE - A Harare magistrate has dismissed MDC-T deputy national chairman Morgen Komichi's appeal against his conviction and community service sentence.
Komichi was yesterday sentenced to 350 hours of community service after being found guilty of fraud and contravening the country's electoral laws.
