Nyoni urges youths to empower themselves

The Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises and Co-operative Development, Sithembiso Nyoni has urged youths in Masvingo to empower themselves through the conservancies in their provinces
Addressing a business delegation at the Save Valley Conservancy in Masvingo, Minister Nyoni urged people of Masvingo to realise that the Save Valley Conservancy is a resource base and it is a foundation of economic empowerment, hence the need to put it to good use.
She challenged the youths to see the bigger picture of the conservancy as it can be transformed into a multi-million dollar project.
The business delegates, who attended the meeting, expressed confidence that the Save Valley Conservancy has a potential to generate more returns if adequate resources are mobilised.
The Save Valley Conservancy is engaged in projects such as intensive rhino protection, private game safaris and limited hunting concessions.
