Woman pays minor R3 for sex

A HARARE woman appeared in court yesterday facing charges of sexually abusing two minors after showing them pornographic videos and paying them R3.
The court heard that the woman who stays in Mbare abused her landlord's seven year old son and another minor of a similar age from the same neighbourhood.
The woman denied the charges when she appeared before Harare magistrate Mrs Sandra Mpindu. She is facing aggravated indecent assault charges.
The prosecutor Ms Ressie Nyamombe told the court that sometime in September this year the woman called a neighbour's son into her room and started playing a pornographic video. She threw the boy on her bed, removed his clothes and sexually molested him.
When the boy's two-year old sister knocked on the woman's door she gave her R1 to buy sweets and threatened the child not to reveal the matter.
She abused the boy on seven separate occasions. In the same month the woman allegedly invited the landlord's son into her room to watch a film by Rambo.
She allegedly locked the door and sexually abused the minor. Again, she threatened the boy not to reveal the incident to anyone or else she would beat him up.
The matter came to light when the landlord's son was caught by her mother removing her sister's pants.
The second minor made similar revelations leading to the woman's arrest.
