Dancer 'Bev' Sibanda accused of hiding her identity

The Zimbabwe Focus on Monday revealed allegations that EROTIC dancer Beverly "Bev" Sibanda has a different identity.
Apparently the self-proclaimed queen of dance is of Malawian origin and her real name is Junior Banda.
Her father is the late Darlington Timothy Banda of number 14 Chaminuka Road, Zengeza 2 in Chitungwiza where her elder sister, Christine Banda aged 38 still resides "surviving from hand to mouth".
"Junior is my third name, but I am not a Banda, my name is Beverly Sibanda."
She maintains that Banda is her grandfather's surname but was not willing to disclose why she changed to a Ndebele name while during her school days she used Junior Banda.
Records reveal that the dancer was born in 1991 to a musician father.
Darlington Timothy Banda reported died in 2002 while Bev's mother died in 1998.
According the publication to the she was not born in Gwanda but in Chitungwiza. She attended school at Zengeza 4 Primary School and Zengeza High 2.
