Hubby sired 3 children out of wedlock

A Harare woman was shocked in court yesterday after her husband produced birth certificates for three of his children born out of wedlock.
Lameck Kadzere produced birth certificates after his wife Blantina hauled him before the Harare Civil Court claiming $200 in child support.
Blantina told the court that her husband deserted her after she was involved in an accident.
She told magistrate Vongai Muchuchuti that she cannot do anything for herself and needs money to support the family. She said she was shocked to hear that Lameck was living with another woman yet they were married under Chapter 5:11 of the Marriages Act.
"Lameck is a truck driver and earns a lot of money. I cannot do anything on my own, my Grade Seven child does everything for me including taking me to the toilet," said Blantina.
"I last saw him in 2010 when he deserted me after I was involved in an accident. This is my first time to see him in three years," she said.
Kadzere did not deny his wife's allegations but said that he had three other children who need his support before producing their birth certificates.
"I have another wife and three other children but let us talk about maintenance issue here not my private life, " Kadzere said.
Magistrate Muchuchuti told Kadzere that the court considers his first family not his adulterous family since he was legally married.
She ordered him to pay $120 as maintenance for the children.
