Traffic congestion at Mucheke River Bridge

Lack of planning and implementation of projects is taking a heavy toll on Masvingo City with road traffic congestion being the biggest problem now facing residents.

Motorists this week took two hours to move a stretch of 500 metres after a haulage truck broke down at the Mucheke River Bridge, the only entry point into town from South Africa and most of the city's largest suburbs.
