Woman begs ex-hubby for sex

A divorced woman has been visiting her ex-husband begging him to make love to her, a Harare court heard yesterday.

Ellen Mudzingwa reportedly goes to her ex-husband, Smart Muzenda asking him to bed her but the two have been separated for four years.

Muzenda, who was dragged before the Harare Civil Court for being violent, told magistrate Tafadzwa Muvhami that Mudzingwa was lying.

"We have been separated for four years but she comes to my house begging to have sex with me," Muzenda said.

"I took her to my workplace and she ended up having sexual relations with my workmates but I did not assault her. She is just jealous that I got married to another woman."

Mudzingwa, who was seeking a protection order against Muzenda, told the court that he verbally and physically abuses her.

She alleged that Muzenda hired a gang to assault her for having an affair with a married man.

"He came to my house with the wife of a man I am having an affair with," she said.

"He told my boyfriend that I am HIV positive and wants to kill him before producing his anti-retroviral drugs (ARVs). They (Muzenda and boyfriend's wife) assaulted me and broke all the windows at my residential place."

Magistrate Muvhami ordered Muzenda to stop abusing Mudzingwa and to observe peace towards her.
