MDC-T losing candidate for Chiwundura constituency Desmond Ngwegwe is obsessed with heavily built women endowed with big behinds.
Ngwegwe, 35, a businessman in Chiwundura, recently failed to control himself and allegedly f*ndled a strange woman's buttocks.
The woman, Charity Guzha, who felt offended by Ngwegwe's "unbecoming behaviour" went and reported the indecent assault at Gweru Central Police Station.
Ngwegwe was yesterday hauled before Gweru magistrate Rutendo Muchena to answer to an indecent assault charge. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and was remanded out on his own cognisance to tomorrow for continuation of trial.
Pearson Muringani for the State told the court that on 1 January 2014, Ngwegwe was at Kudzanayi Long Distance Bus Terminus in Gweru Central Business District with his truck which he was using for pirating along the Gweru-Chiwundura route.
The court heard that the complainant, Guzha, who intended to travel to Chuwundura arrived at the terminus.
Muringani said Ngwegwe lured Guzha to get into his truck but as she was finding her way into the truck, he f*ndled her buttocks.
Guzha was incensed by Ngwegwe's action and confronted him. The accused man turned violent and slapped Guzha on the face.
She went and reported the matter at Gweru Central Police Station leading to Ngwegwe's arrest.
