Woman caught pants down with hubby's uncle, commits suicide

A 20-year-old Marondera woman committed suicide by drinking poison after she was caught pants down with her husband's uncle last Sunday.
Mashonaland East acting provincial police spokesperson Assistant Inspector Nobert Muzondo confirmed the incident. He identified the deceased as Molyn Mudonhi of 4232 Sangano Road, Rusike Park.
Asst Inspector Muzondo said investigations into the matter were in progress.
He said on the day in question at around 7pm, Mudonhi's husband, Regway Matimaka, arrived at his house and found his wife in bed with his uncle.
An altercation ensued between Matimaka and his uncle, prompting Mudonhi to drink poison.
Upon realising that Mudonhi had downed poison, Matimaka and his uncle rushed her to Marondera General Hospital where she died after being attended to by a doctor.
Her body was taken to the hospital's mortuary for post mortem.
Asst Insp Muzondo said people should uphold the sanctity of life and always seek professional counselling.
