Zimbabwean Facebook whistleblower Baba Jukwa who is "on strike" until Morgan Tsvangirai, leader of the opposition MDC-T party, apologies to national council member Elton Mangoma after he was subjected to a violent attack is claiming that truck loads of furniture sent from South Africa for President Robert Mugabe's birthday is being returned back

In his facebook post titled Chaos at State House!, Baba Jukwa wrote: "There is chaos here Great Zimbabweans. Truck loads of furniture sent in from South Africa for the birthday is now being returned back. Why, why why? A sudden turn of events the equipment was hired from a South African hiring company Osays. Almost 20 truck loads of equipment has to be returned back with immediate effect without being used. Zvaita seiko Gushungo nhayi? Also, do you remember Chombo's 1 million dollar scandal shame, shame, shame!."

Mugabe's Zanu-PF party is reported to be planning to raise at least $1m for the veteran leader's "grand" birthday bash.

The celebrations were set to be held in Marondera on 23 February.

A rights group has reportedly criticised Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe's planned lavish 90th birthday celebrations, as the country faces a crumbling economy.

Baba Jukwa's threats to quit or go on strike followed by continued posts seem to have increasingly bemused his followers, with the latest resumption in posting prompting some negative remarks.

"You are still alive, thought you said you were going to close down your page. You are just a bunch of rubbish," said one poster.

"What a confused whistleblower," said another.
