Kofi Olomide to perform at Bona Mugabe's wedding

On President Robert Mugabe's return flight from the Democratic Republic of Congo, the DRC ambassador to Zimbabwe, who is also Dean of African diplomats, Ambassador Mwanananga Mwawampanga, introduced rhumba maestro Kofi Olomide and his wife to Mugabe.

Olomide and his band members travelled with Mugabe and his delegation from the DRC and will perform at the wedding of the President's daughter, Bona, on Saturday.

Mugabe was accompanied by Foreign Affairs Minister Simbarashe Mumbengegwi, the Minister of Industry and Trade, Mike Bimha and several senior government officials.
