Registrar-general Tobaiwa Mudede has told Parliament that corruption is rampant at his office.
While giving oral evidence to the defence, home affairs and security services committee, Mudede said some of his officers were involved in the racket of issuing out birth certificates, national identity cards and passports.
"We are calling in the police to arrest the culprits and hand them to court for prosecution," he told the committe, chaired by Zanu-PF MP Clifford Sibanda.
