Madhuku's NCA property attached

The Lovemore Madhuku-led National Constitutional Assembly party has had two of its vehicles attached by the deputy sheriff over failure to pay $3 658.96 in outstanding terminal benefits to a former employee.
The vehicles a Nissan Hard-body double cab truck and a VW saloon car were attached last Friday after former NCA driver Eddie Sithole obtained a warrant of execution last month.
Sithole is being represented by lawyer from Mwonzora and Associates.
NCA spokesperson Maddock Chivasa confirmed the incident but insisted the organization's lawyers were working on having the public auction stayed until the parties have agreed on the outstanding payments.
