Court challenge to delay Mangoma disciplinary action

MDC T national spokesperson Douglas Mwonzora says the decision by suspended deputy treasurer general Elton Mangoma in court will delay finalization of disciplinary hearing proceedings against him.

Mangoma on Tuesday file a High Court application challenging his suspension for writing a strong worded letter to Tsvangirai urging him to step down as party leader claiming his individual standing was destroying the MDC T brand.

Mwonzora said this action prolongs the process of his suspension.
