ZCTU to intervene in MDC-T fiasco

The Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions yesterday said it was watching developments in the MDC-T and could soon be forced to intervene if the leadership fight turns deadly.
This comes as the opposition MDC-T has been involved in a leadership row with a clique led by fired former deputy treasurer-general, Elton Mangoma demanding that Morgan Tsvangirai steps down.
Others have labelled the renewal group as rebels of MDC-T which has come about because Morgan Tsvangirai has participated in three presidential bids and lost.
