Boy (6) battered to death over bedwetting

A Chitungwiza woman last week appeared in court on a murder charge after she allegedly beat her six-year-old son to death for bed wetting.

Alice Kuwandira (23), who resides in Zengeza 5, was remanded in custody to June 27 when she appeared before Chitungwiza magistrate Lazarus Murendo.

The State alleges that on June 8 this year, Kuwandira assaulted her six-year-old son using a shoe heel and cooking stick, accusing him of bedwetting.
