Zimpapers sued for $100 million over Baba Jukwa allegations

Two journalists earlier suspected of running the Baba Jukwa Facebook page are filing a $100 million defamation lawsuit against the State media and new Zimbabwe.com after they carried reports linking them to the faceless internet mole.

The two Mxolisi Ncube and Mkhululi Chimio through their lawyer say they have been vindicated by the sudden turn of events which they say helped prove their innocence.

The arrest of Edmund Kudzayi, the Sunday Mail editor has brought a fresh twist to the mystery over the identity of Baba Jukwa. Kudzayi's case is currently before the courts.

A search for "Baba Jukwa" has multiplied on the giant social network, Facebook.
