Biti alleged office romance scandal exposed

According to the state controlled 'The Sunday Mail' Finance Minister Tendai Biti is alleged to be embroiled in a messy office romance scandal with a desk economist in his ministry Petronella Chishawa, that has prompted the woman's husband, Caesar Matandirotya, to take legal action.
It is alleged that Matandirotya, who is a Harare businessman, has since separated from his wife. The two, who used to stay in New Marlborough, have a baby boy who is 14 months old.
Biti is alleged to have been using Econet line numbers 0772 568 807 and 0774 346 082, registered under the name John Huruva to call Matandirotya's wife.
Members of the public have criticised the publication, blaming the newspaper of being anti-Biti.
"This anti-Biti nonsense is now nauseating. Mashaya nyaya here week in week out" a reader commented.
The paper accuses the Finance Minister of trying to conceal the affair by buying a secret mobile phone for the alleged woman.
