Woman mauls workmate's lips

CHIVI - A Mhandamabwe woman in Chivi District last week stunned the local people when she allegedly mauled her workmate's lips, tearing off a chunk which onlookers then failed to locate, the Masvingo Mirror reported.
There are suspicions that the woman could have accidentally swallowed the chunk from the lip.
Onlookers alleged that the woman actually bragged that she had swallowed the piece of lip.
The case is expected to appear at the Chivi Magistrates Courts this week.
Details available to The Mirror indicate that a woman only identified as Mai Samantha who works as a cook at Chikozho Restaurant mauled Sinikiwe's lip when a nasty fight broke out between the two over issues to do with a work uniform.
"The incident was very terrible as Sinikiwe wailed for help with blood oozing profusely from her mouth. Instead of sympathising with her friend for what she had done to her, Mai Samantha bragged about what she called an adventure.
"As usual the Police came 30 minutes later and took away the two to the camp," said a source that denied to be identified.
