Friends of Palestine march to Zimbabwe parliament

Friends of Palestine, a group comprising Zimbabweans who stand in solidarity with the Middle East state held a demonstration this Wednesday to present a petition to parliament, urging the National Assembly to debate the Palestine crisis which continues to claim more and more lives.
The Muslim community in Zimbabwe marched to the parliament calling on the August House to take notable action the atrocities being committed by Israel in the Gaza Strip, which it says have developed into a genocide.
Meanwhile, Palestine wants the upcoming SADC Summit in the Victoria Falls to condemn the atrocities being committed by Israel in the Gaza Strip, which it says have developed into a genocide.
As the bombardment of Palestine by Israeli forces continues with no end to the conflict in sight, more than 500 civilian deaths have been recorded.
