Jonathan Moyo poll appeal: Supreme Court reserves judgement

The Supreme Court has reserved judgement in an election court appeal by Professor Jonathan Moyo.

Professor Moyo was challenging the election of Rosemary Nkomo as the legislator for Tsholotsho constituency in the July 31st 2013 general elections.

Nine Supreme Court judges headed by Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku are in Bulawayo for this week to hear about 21 cases.

The Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court, Mr. Walter Chikwanha, said three courts are sitting at once in a new development that is expected to clear a number of cases.
