Arrested 'Standard' Editor released, due for court Friday

Standard Editor Nevanji Madanhire was on Thursday evening released from police custody following his arrest on Wednesday.

Company lawyer Linda Cook told reporter that they went to the Attorney-General's Office this on Thursday and explained the situation. They then agreed with the AG that Madanhire be released.

Madanhire and his lawyer are due at AG's Office at 9:30am on Friday and will be going to court at 10am the same day.
