Loose pants girlfriend drives MSU student to suicide

A first year development student at the Midlands State University (MSU) allegedly killed himself early this morning after receiving news that his girlfriend was having sex with numerous male students on campus.

Driven to despair, Mark Mhere, allegedly drank poison at around 6 am in Nehosho high density suburb where he was staying.

A student that he was staying with allegedly found him frothing from the mouth and tried to call for help.

However, Mhere died before an ambulance could arrive.

Fellow students told Bulawayo24 News Mhere was in a "dark mood" yesterday when he discovered his girlfriend was putting out for every guy on campus.

"We don't know her real name but people call her pussy cat. Mark often said he wanted to marry her. Those of us who knew her felt sorry for him because he was a nice boy who fell in love with the wrong person," said one of the students.

The students said Mhere's girlfriend used to sleep with other students mainly from the "japan" hostels.

"The relationship was doomed from the start but no one had the heart to tell him, so we are really sad," said another student.
