ConCourt full bench yesterday reserved judgement in a case in which Women of Zimbabwe Arise members are arguing that their rights were trampled upon when they were arrested while marching in the streets of Bulawayo.

The state alleged that in the process the women disturbed the free flow of traffic and humans while commemorating Valentine's Day.

Their lawyer advocate Thabani Mpofu submitted that his clients had no case to answer as the allegations raised by the state were inconsistent.

He also argued that by distributing flyers his clients had not committed a crime.
