The Supreme Court yesterday ordered the dismissal of Zesa human resources manager who was fired from the parastatal following charges of misconduct.

He was found guilty of one of the acts of misconduct that is being careless, negligent and inefficient or incompetent in the performance of his duties.

The act of misconduct was raised after Masitera was found guilty for employing an unqualified engineer, Samuel Zogori.
