14 Oct 2014 at 11:07hrs | Views
The Supreme Court yesterday ordered the dismissal of Zesa human resources manager who was fired from the parastatal following charges of misconduct.
Deporis Masitera was charged with two acts of misconduct in terms of Zesa's registered code of conduct in October 2010 following a disciplinary hearing.
The act of misconduct was raised after Masitera was found guilty for employing an unqualified engineer, Samuel Zogori.
According to court documents Masitera employed Zogori for a mechanical engineering job, yet he had no qualifications but had submitted a national craft certificate.
