Mujuru is apparently under fire from Grace Mugabe because the Fist Lady claims an official was allegedly 'incensed' by the Zanu-PF Women's League nomination.
Of course Grace has not named the official but state media has widely reported that she is referring to Joyce Mujuru.
At her rally in Mashonaland Central last Thursday, Grace Mugabe said the President was fed up with the senior official who she advised to apologise or risk the boot.
State media also claims Grace Mugabe's impending elevation is widely expected to root out factionalism and unite the party.
'She has visited all the country's 10 provinces during her "Meet The People" tour preaching unity, peace and love,' they report.
