Prisoner admits to sodomising inmate

A 31 year old inmate at Khami Maximum Prison in Bulawayo yesterday admitted to Sodomising a fellow inmate aged 23 with whom he shared a cell in August this year.

Obert Sibanda of Ngotsha Village in Plumtree however denied another charge of sodomising a prisoner from Zvishavane aged 42, claiming that he had been falsely implicated because of the previous case.

Sibanda appeared before magistrate Mark Dzira at the Bulawayo Regional Court and pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated indecent assault.
