MDC official missing after being taken by police

The MDC-T district chairperson for Headlands, Allan Svotwa was on Wednesday night taken by Colonel Svodzai and police officers from his house but to date his relatives do not know where he is.
Efforts to locate him have been futile as those who went to look for him at Headlands Police Station, where the Colonel and police officers had said they were taking him, were told he was not there.
The MDC is making frantic efforts to locate him through its lawyers.
