Mwonzora confident of victory

MDC-T outgoing spokesperson and contestant for the secretary-general post, Douglas Mwonzora says he is confident of landing the post ahead of front-runner Nelson Chamisa.

Mwonzora who is contesting for the secretary-general's post at the party's elective congress this weekend is facing stiff competition from Chamisa who received 11 nominations from the 12 provinces.

In an interview with journalists after a Harare provincial rally yesterday Mwonzora said all was set for the crucial contests and was ready to win the post.
